Shirli Kirschner is a facilitator and nationally accredited mediator and coach who works on commercial disputes. She is the dispute resolution advisor for the National Electricity Market and the Wholesale Gas Market as well as a sessional lecturer in the Masters of Law program at UNSW. Shirli volunteers on a number of boards and is on the editorial committee of the journal Australasian Dispute Resolution.
